The latest arrival at the Roadhouse is this gorgeous 52 Beetle, it's just been shipped over from France where it's lived since new. It was owned by the same guy from 1952 until he finally sold it in 2002... It's now on it's 3rd owner(Steve) and will live in the UK. It has some amazing history with it, Original bill of sale, loads of receipts and even some really nice black and white photos from 1954 whilst on holiday up in the Swiss alps. I have the job of carrying out some mechanical overhauling and giving it a large dose of Ankor wax!

I gave the 67 Bay Westy a small tap with the lowering stick today... one corner down three to go...
Everybody loves old logo'd buses... well not everyone but i know i do! I just bought this 70 Deluxe Micro Bus which was used from new to ferry people to Disney World and back to the Citrus Valley Campground in Florida. Its been neglected for many years and is oozing character. Of course it'll be in for some special treatment when it arrives back here... i can't wait!

This is Steve Huckin's 63 Bug and its the first car in the UK to wear a set of the polished SpeedMaster Wheels... its also on a 4" Ridemaster (HoodRide) beam and CB dropped spindles. it was lower but unfortunately he had to raise the front slightly because it wouldn't go in and out of the garage. still looks truely awesome though i reckon!

The Latest Arrival at the RoadHouse is this 25th Aug 67 Bay Westfalia, it's in 90% OG Pearl white paint and apart from some front panel rust issues is very dry indeed... unfortunately the Westfalia interior is missing but i am hunting for a replacement. This vehicle is not for sale, its a RoadHouse project... watch this space.

It's always nice to finish the week on high (or low) note... we just dropped Cheers 59 back on its wheels after fitting all the Air suspension. It's already pretty low but will go down even further once the fronts tubbed and the Engines fitted... Cheers is one happy man!
